When I first started working with the Iron Cowboy training team I was just beginning my journey into ultra running. I had completed a few 50k distance lengths and really had no clue really what I was doing. After working with Aaron I revisited my first and only 'did not finish' and rocked it. Since then, Aaron trained me to complete my first Iron Cowboy distance Tri virtually for James' 75th day of Conquer 100, my first 50 mile and 100k ultra running distances, countless timed run PRs and am currently training to rock out my first 100 mile ultra, Old Dominion 100.

Is this right for me?

No, we have an at-home workout option available that doesn't even require gym equipment.

Is this program for men or women?

This challenge is designed to work for either men or women that are willing to put in the work!

Is this challenge only a workout program, or is there a nutrition component?

The nutrition portion of the program can be added on for only $99 (usually $499 - but I want EVERYONE to have the opportunity to add nutrition if they’d like). Or you can sign up for VIP which has nutrition included.
