There will be limited showers available to transition. We will have limited bike racks available if you plan to swim AND bike. Be prepared to start the bike at 7:00 at the latest in case James is ahead of schedule.
7:00 am – 12:00 pm
The bike will start from the parking lot of the Lindon Aquatic Center. Please do not leave you car there if possible, parking is limited.
James’ bike will conclude at his residence. No-one is allowed at the residence.
YOUR ride will conclude just one block away at Hollow Park
Hollow park is where your support person should meet you after your ride in order for you to change for your run. There is public parking, restrooms and covered picnic tables.
Bathroom breaks at mile 25 and mile 45.
There is a gas station at mile 56 for bathrooms and water fill ups.
If you do not plan to run after you ride, Lindon Aquatic Center is only 1 mile away.
12:00 pm – 12:30 pm (30 minutes)
The clock will start at the conclusion of the ride and the run will commence :30 minutes from that time.
Again, YOU will transition at Hollow Park and James will transition at his residence. No-one is allowed at the residence.
12:30 pm – 6:30/7:00ish pm
The run will take place mostly on Murdock trail East up the hill about a quarter mile from hollow park. It will be out and back sections beginning South and traveling both North and South on Murdock Trail.
The run will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the ride at the trailhead on 400N.
Fryer Park to Lindon Aquatic Center —> 1.3 miles away.
Fryer Park to Hollow Park —> 0.8 miles away.
Hollow Park to Lindon Aquatic Center —> 1.0 mile away.
